Alex Leese, CEO

Alex has over 14 years’ experience as a leader within the online gaming sector. He joined the company in 2019 from William Hill, where he was Director of Emerging Markets. His vast experience, including managerial roles at Sportingbet, GVC Holdings and Offside Gaming, has helped the firm win a string of new deals.  

Rafiq Sheikh, Director of Product Delivery

With a passion for propelling products to new heights, Rafiq brings two decades of strategic leadership expertise from distinguished companies like Playtech, Microgaming, Entain, HSBC, and Bally’s. As Pronet Gaming’s Director of Product Delivery, he orchestrates seamless product alignment with the company’s strategic vision. Beyond work, he finds thrill in cycling and the freedom of skateboarding.

Naman Paropkari, Head of Finance

Naman brings a decade of experience as a Finance Professional, including four years with Pronet Gaming. He honed his insights into the iGaming industry during his tenure as Finance Controller at Netbet UK. Aside from holding an ACCA certification and earning an MBA in Finance from London Metropolitan University, as well as a BSc in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University, Naman is also a dedicated cricketer.

Ivan Belic, Head of Legal 

Ivan is a dynamic in-house legal professional with a background in law and technology, possessing a special interest in data privacy and intellectual property. With over 6 years of experience in the iGaming industry, he is proficient in licensing agreements, software development agreements, data privacy, and technology transactions. Outside of work, he is an avid researcher of ancient history and a fan of Italian football, snowboarding, and motorsports.

Sam Frazer-Bossom, Key Account Manager

With over a decade in the betting industry, Sam brings extensive expertise in team management, sports, casino, and media campaigns. As a Key Account Manager at Pronet Gaming, he oversees global clients in Asia, South America, and Europe. Beyond work, his interests span football, films, and gaming. 

David Balogun, Casino Product BA

Adept at helping businesses navigate difficulties with product development and sustainability, David leverages both market and technical understanding to craft strategic pathways and executes tactical plans to help businesses win in the marketplace. David led the team that built the first online blackjack with a 4 to 1 insurance payout. Outside of work, he enjoys football, nature, macroeconomics and economic policy.

Dean Mascari, Trading Manager, Asia

Dean brings over a decade of international experience in risk and trading to Pronet Gaming. With a background spanning premier brokerage services at Betfair to management roles at Paddy Power Betfair, Tabcorp and Kambi, Having spent five years in the Philippines, he now spearheads Pronet Gaming’s Asian trading operations, leveraging his extensive expertise for market entry success.

Sunkiran Boyal, Head of Human Resources

As Head of HR, Sunkiran is dedicated to shaping a positive and productive work environment at Pronet Gaming. She excels in talent acquisition and fostering an inclusive workplace culture. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her dog, Amigo or indulging in her newfound passion for running.

Gina Lama, Marketing Manager

With a versatile background in arts, live events, and entertainment, Gina brings a decade of working experience in Asia. Her role involves driving Pronet Gaming initiatives, events, and marketing campaigns forward as the brand expands into Asia. Passionate about travel, Gina enjoys exploring the world and diverse cultures.

Jam Ledesma, PR & Content Manager

With 27 years in PR, advertising, and marketing, Jam managed accounts like SMART Communications and Singapore Airlines at DDB Philippines. With a decade in the casino industry, he contributed to the success of Newport World Resorts and Winford Resort & Casino Manila. Passionate about storytelling, Jam excels as a seasoned PR practitioner and writer.

Jade Ricciardi, Human Resources Coordinator

Having joined Pronet Gaming initially as an Office Manager, Jade swiftly advanced to the role of HR Coordinator, simultaneously gaining the opportunity to supervise all aspects of Event Management. Jade can be found participating in iGaming’s major trade shows or unwinding on a trapeze when she’s not engaged in navigating the dynamic landscape of the industry.
