Job Purpose:

Pronet Gaming is expanding its Product Delivery Team and is looking for a Junior UX Designer to support our exciting initiatives across various product areas. This entry-level, full-time position will be crucial in helping bridge business requirements with user-centered design, ensuring that product features are user-friendly and aligned with business objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Assist in analyzing business requirements and translating them into actionable design solutions.
• Support the creation of wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Help prioritize design tasks based on product roadmaps and business goals, ensuring the best user experience.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design concepts and improve user experiences and to ensure designs meet technical feasibility and business needs.
• Assist in maintaining design consistency across the product suite, ensuring high-quality and intuitive user interfaces.
• Contribute to the improvement of design processes and methodologies, following best practices and emerging trends.

 

Required Skills:

 

• 2-3 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role
• Good understanding of UX design principles, wireframing, and prototyping tools (such as Sketch, Figma).
• Familiarity with UX best practices, usability testing techniques, and project management tools.
• Experience or exposure to UX design in the iGaming sector, particularly with Asian markets, is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and business teams.
• Strong interest in UX design and eagerness to learn and develop skills in the field.
