Job Purpose:

The candidate must be well versed in online Casino/Gaming operations to ensure speedy learning of the role’s responsibilities. Working efficiently as part of the team or on their own is essential in ensuring the Casino operations are functioning without any interruptions. The candidate will work closely with the Casino Marketing Execuitve, the Casino Marketing Manager and the Support team, where necessary.

 

Main Responsibilities: 

 

  • Onboarding new partner sites: requesting and following up on the technical configuration details and legal readiness of the sites, administering any more than
    standard wait time tickets regarding onboarding new sites;
  • Managing attributes of every new skin based on the site requests.
  • Competitor research: where necessary uncover meaningful insights from competitors’ businesses and other sources to recommend new ideas to improve business performance.
  • Assisting the Marketing Manager and Casino Technical Operations Manager with the task execution as per the request.
  • Third party content improvements: periodical review of any updates from providers end in terms of third-party lobby functionalities, FE checking if our partner sites comply with all the latest development.
  • Back up for Marketing and Technical Operations Managers/Executive with scheduled tasks while they are on leave.
  • Updating Casino related files shared within the Casino team: operator list, statuses, legal requirements, AM information etc. Follow more closely the sites request for changing limits, RTP’, exclusion of certain game types etc.

 

Requirements skills: 

 

  • Microsoft Office Skills: Intermediate.
  • English: well written and spoken.
  • Turkish: well written and spoken.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the online gaming industry with a focus on B2B technology.
  • Good knowledge of casino products/functionalities in the online gaming industry.
