At Pronet Gaming, our events calendar plays a vital role in creating and nurturing these connections. As the Global Events Manager, I have the privilege of overseeing initiatives that bring our people together, strengthen our relationships, and amplify our presence within the wider gaming industry.

Our internal event initiatives are carefully designed to boost engagement and bring our teams together, while being mindful not to overwhelm our existing workload.
Recent celebrations like Diwali and Halloween have been implemented across various Pronet Gaming office locations around the world. From pumpkin-carving contests to Diwali sweets and team gatherings, these moments allow us to pause, connect, and celebrate what makes us a team.
Simple as they may seem, these internal events play a powerful role in maintaining morale, especially across a distributed workforce. They create shared memories that strengthen working relationships and foster loyalty, which are key ingredients for building enduring partnerships both within and beyond the company.

Externally, our events calendar is a strategic tool for growth. Each conference and summit is an opportunity not just to showcase our products, but to represent the expertise and values of the Pronet Gaming team.
Over the past year, we’ve made our presence felt at some of the industry’s most prestigious gatherings, including ICE Barcelona, SiGMA Asia in Manila, and SPiCE South Asia in Colombo. These events allow us to showcase our innovative platform solutions, demonstrate our regional market expertise, and meet both partners and potential clients face-to-face.
