Purpose of the role

We’re looking for someone who has organisational skills in their blood, for whom multi-tasking is second nature. A true team player with excellent communication skills, experience is not the key here – this is all about attitude and ability. You’ll slot straight into the team in a support role, providing assistant across the commercial team as and when required.

You will be responsible for

  • Assist the overall commercial team as and when required
  • Support the team with all logistical requirements for event participation as exhibitors/sponsors, including onsite duties which will necessitate varied working hours according to individual show requirements
  • Ensure respective team members have all the necessary information required when attending events including all relevant travel management
  • Coordinating bespoke projects, including research and planning through to successful delivery
  • Consistently strive to hit challenging deadlines with effective time management
  • Support administration of the company CRM system (training provided), being available to take and document team members queries
  • Manage all inbound invoicing from 3rd party marketing and event suppliers, keeping up to date records of payments made and received
  • Confirming all diarised meetings with customers
  • Liaising with the office manager to provide a first-class client and visitor experience

You will have

  • Experience in events
  • Knowledge of the iGaming industry
  • Salesforce experience
  • Superb organisational skills and an acute attention to detail
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, being comfortable to present to internal stakeholders
